Andrew Spyropoulos, Managing Director, is able to draw on over 20 years intimate experience in the food and hospitality industry. For much of that time he has been the owner of several independent food supply companies servicing the food manufacturing industry, hotels and restaurants, as well as retail outlets. Using his understanding of the industry, Andrew built a thriving wholesale food business in what is an extremely competitive local market. This is in addition to his being a founding member and inaugural Chairperson of Food Q Inc, a State based food industry cluster developed by knowledgeable people within the food industry, working in conjunction with Brisbane City Council, State Government and Federal Government Regional and Economic Development Agencies. On a personal level, Andrew is a Board Member of Redeemer Lutheran College, as well as being the Treasurer of St. Mark's Lutheran Church at Upper Mt.Gravatt. He is also a Commissioner for Declarations, and as such, is available to the wider community.

Marco Berta's expertise in the development of markets for his suppliers has been gained over almost 20 years in the business of wholesale food distribution. He has very highly developed systems management skills, having owned and operated a wholesale food distribution company specializing in the supply of seafood, smallgoods, fats and oils to food manufacturers, restaurants and food retailers. Marco has the industry's respect as he continues to develop markets for his suppliers and fulfill his role as an industry leader by educating the end user with his honest, down-to-earth approach. He is one person who can recognize an opportunity, and with his methodical approach, seize it and turn it into a sound investment.

He has recently joined Brisbane Wholesale Foods to establish the fresh seafood component to the group. With adding fresh seafood to the company, they are able to supply a wider corporate range of customers.

Mark Sharry has been involved in the food industry for 18 years, the first five on the retail side with Woolworths and the remainder with two market leading food manufacturers. Having come from a retail background customers find that Mark understands their needs, particularly the "just in time" ordering style of most clients in this business. He therefore has a lot of empathy for the business, customer and its interdependent relationship.

He has also worked for 3 years as Qld Seafood Distributor Manager for Simplot Australia and is well known in the seafood industry in not only in Queensland but Australia wide. He is very well known and liked in the industry.
