Do you sell to the Public?

Yes We Sell to the Public! You can buy your groceries online and get them delivered to your door!

There is a minimum of $50.00 for delivery, with a delivery fee of $8.95 + GST. We deliver to suburbs as far North as Caboolture, West to Ipswich and South to the Gold Coast. Delivery days are subject to area. We only deliver Monday - Friday; No weekend deliveries.

May we pay by cheque or credit card?:

Our company, with prior arrangement, accepts cheque and credit card payments, but only on the basis of prior arrangement. Otherwise, if a driver brings your delivery, and you decide to pay by credit card, it can cause lengthy delays.

Accounts can only be opened if the appropriate forms are filled in and due process followed.

Are you able to deliver my food order? (Wholesale Customer)

We only deliver orders totalling $200.00 or more. We deliver to all Suburbs in Brisbane, but only on certain set days in some areas. Smaller orders can be picked up from our depot at 69 Alexandra Place, Murarrie. However they must be phoned through beforehand.

Am I able to view your wholesale food and fresh seafood products?

Unfortunately we do not have a shop front where our fresh and frozen food products can be viewed. This is to keep our costs down so we can pass the savings on to you; the customer. (Pdf product list will be available soon)

What are food delivery cut-off times?

Cut off time for the next day's delivery is strictly 5:00pm Mon - Fri.

Brisbane metropolitan (CBD + 4km) deliveries are six days a week (Monday - Saturday inclusive). Customers in the outer suburbs must contact the office for details.

What is your returned goods policy?

If the product is defective (eg marked incorrectly) then the company will irrevocably replace the food product. If product is received in bad or poor condition, then we must be advised within 24 hours. Because our products are consistently monitored by temperature control machines and recorded hourly temperatures, we assume the product is delivered in good order every time. Once received, correct storage of the products is the responsibility of the customer.

Reporting on the following day of food products that were received in an unsatisfactory state will not automatically guarantee a replacement.

Do you deliver to my suburb?

We deliver to a wide range of Brisbane and outer-suburban areas. As we endeavour to provide you with the best of quality, it is safest to phone and enquire before ordering.
